 | No jewelry, rings or any kind of metal or plastic should be worn. |
| Hair should be pulled back away from the face. Use only elastic hair
bands. No metal or plastic clips or barrettes. |
| Finger and toe nails should be kept trimmed and clean. |
| Keep your Gi clean. |
| Immediately report any cuts or blood to your sensei or other
instructor. |
